We understand that human connection contributes to healing, which is why we take the time to care for you using a holistic approach, not just treat today’s symptoms.
No appointment is needed. Walk in to either VMFH Emergency & Urgent Care location in Port Orchard or Bremerton, in the heart of Kitsap County. The emergency room is open around the clock, and urgent care is available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Full-service urgent care for families in the Puget Sound area
Our board-certified providers are available whenever you face illness or injury, whether at home, kayaking along the waterfront or hiking a nature trail. We treat a wide range of medical conditions, from a common cold or sports injury to abdominal pain or a urinary tract infection (UTI). Other symptoms we commonly treat include rashes, high fever and allergic reactions.
We also offer state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and an on-site lab in the same location. Having these services on-site allows us to diagnose conditions quickly and begin treatment right away.
Emergency care is available when you need it
Some medical conditions can worsen quickly or become more serious without prompt treatment. When that happens, our emergency medicine providers take fast action. Our team has the training, experience and equipment to provide emergency care in the same location.
Our urgent care is also staffed by providers trained in emergency medicine. If your condition can be treated through urgent care, you will only pay urgent care fees. This fair billing policy helps ensure patients receive high-quality care at a lower cost.
Instead of trying to assess a medical condition on your own, visit VMFH Emergency & Urgent Care. We operate the only combined urgent and emergency care facilities in Kitsap County, with locations near State Route 16 in Port Orchard and State Route 3 in Bremerton.
