You do not need to assess a medical situation on your own. Our combined emergency room and walk-in urgent care clinics provide the level of care you need when you need it most.

If you have a medical emergency and cannot safely get to the nearest emergency room, call 911 right away.

Treating medical emergencies around the clock

Our VMFH Emergency & Urgent Care centers in Port Orchard and Bremerton are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. Emergency medicine providers treat life-threatening illnesses and injuries around the clock.

Emergency rooms also treat serious conditions that require immediate attention, could worsen quickly or may cause long-term problems if left untreated. These include infections, high fevers, concussions and complications from chronic conditions.

Advanced diagnostics and labs on-site

VMFH Emergency & Urgent Care has state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment often needed during medical emergencies. On-site lab testing and imaging services allow us to diagnose medical conditions quickly and accurately.

Radiology services include EKGs, CT scans, X-rays and other imaging. Our on-site labs perform blood, urine and glucose tests, and also test for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), strep, mononucleosis, COVID-19 and other viruses.

Our board-certified providers have extensive experience treating infants, children and adults of all ages and are trained to treat a wide range of medical emergencies. VMFH operates the only combined emergency and Urgent care facilities in Kitsap County.
